Briefly about the production process flow of low carbon steel wire of general uses
1. Product specification: BWG#8-#16(weight of finished products: 50kg/roll)
1) Annealing with shaft type oven (electricity / coal) or mobile coal burning annealing oven
Mechanical properties: yield strength 320-380 N/mm2,elongation in % (standard distance 100mm)≥ 12
φ6.50mm wire (types Q195,Q215 ) → drawing by LW560 dry type continuous wire drawing machine. LT-10/560 water tank wire drawing machine → annealing →washing in hydrochloride acid → washing in water (twice) → application of anti rust fluid mounted on theφ560mm upright rotating unwinding spool for unwinding → galvanizing in 508 galvanizing line
2) Annealing with computer controlled mechanical coal burning annealing oven
Mechanical properties: yield strength 400-440 N/ mm2, elongation in %(standard distance 100mm) ≥ 12

3) Coating by typo 508 (20 inch) galvanizing line, coating of zine not loss than 10-30g/m2.
Straightening → washing in hydrochloride acid → washing in clean water galvanizing (electrolyte to be made ) → washing in cold water → bath in hot water → dry up →winding up by 508 type horizontal winding machine for galvanized wire → to scale for weighing → inspection → tied up in bundles → packing storehouse
2. Product specification: BWG#18-#22 (weight of finished products: 25 kg/roll)
Annealing with shaft type oven (electricity / coal) or mobile coal burning annealing oven, a second – time annealing will be needed.
